Why I would need your service?
Lake Como is a captivating destination, attracting a growing number of visitors each year. However, due to the increasing demand, public and private services sometimes struggle to meet expectations. While we cannot replace official transportation services or assume responsibility for third-party services, our aim is to bridge this gap and minimize any additional inconveniences. Our service is designed to help mitigate potential challenges, ensuring a smoother experience for you during your visit to Lake Como.
Can I cancel / get refund ?
You can cancel within 14 days from purchase for a full refund, as long as the product, including the downladabe guide "The Essential tips of Lake Como... by locals," has not been used. If the guide is downloaded, the refund will be deducted by €4.99.
